The Smithsonian’s The Way We Worked traveling exhibit features stories, artifacts, and interactives related to how Americans have worked over time. Whether working from home, an office, on the land, or on the road, people of all races, genders, and ethnicities have contributed to our economy and culture.
“The Way We Worked” explores how work became a central element in American culture. It is offered in conjunction with two other exhibits on Carroll County Canneries and Carroll County’s Wormseed Industry at the Carroll County Farm Museum.
