2 Classes for the price of 1!  You are invited to a special evening at the Carroll County Farm Museum for a charcuterie resin tray making class.  You have several different wooden trays to pick from — and then you can either choose an ocean theme or pressed flower design. And here comes the best part — after you create your tray – the 2nd portion of the evening is a charcuterie making class in which you will learn to make edible roses and a small charcuterie tray!

This is a fundraising event on July 28 from 6 to 8 pm. Enjoy a creative, hands-on experience in a charming farm setting while crafting beautiful resin trays and charcuterie foods. Proceeds from the evening will support and enhance the Farm Museum’s educational programming, helping us continue to connect generations to Carroll County’s rich agricultural heritage. Join us for a meaningful night of creativity, connection, and community support.

Beverages will be available to purchase at the event.

Projects range from $70 – $95 per participant depending on the size of your tray. You can pay via credit card online or cash only at the event.
