Chocolate Tasting Tea

Saturday Feb. 9 – 11 am

Wednesday Feb. 13 – 11 am

Reservations and $25 pre-payment by February 1 please.

The chocolate tea is a 3 course tea – 3 tea sandwiches, scone, chocolate sampling with presentation – served with 2 seasonal flavors of tea. In lieu of our normal desserts, we will have a chocolate sampling. Guests will enjoy a presentation about what makes different chocolates taste different – locations of where the beans were grown, cocoa percentage, processing, etc. They will be taught how to ‘taste’ chocolate for these characteristics. Guests will be able to tour the Farm House before or after the tea.

To reserve your seats please contact Laura at the tea room by calling 410-386-3890 (leave a message) or email lrogers@carrollcountymd.gov.

Chocolate Teas are particularly popular so these tend to fill up very quickly. Reserve your spots now.
